MEMBER AFFIDAVIT
I have read and hereby subscribe to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
of the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies and accept them as a
requirement for holding membership in APNA. I understand that if I violate any
of the practices in the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, I may be expelled
as a member by vote of the APNA Board of Directors. My membership and the obligation
to pay annual APNA dues shall renew automatically on my year anniversary.
