17th Annual APNA Conference!

APNA Agency of the Year 2010 — Agency of the Year 2010 Steve and Erin Krex First Class Care, Inc. Northbrook, Illinois

Those of us who attended this year’s Conference at the beautiful FireSky Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona came back feeling revitalized and refreshed. The conference was innovative, interesting and fun. We networked with other agencies in the meeting room and around the pool. Ginger Swift and Jami Dennis did a wonderful job of planning the conference and picking out just the right venue. Six agencies vied for the Agency of the Year Award – Nannies & Housekeepers, USA, Stanford Park Nannies, Westside Nannies, Annie’s Nannies, Inc., MBF Agency and First Class Care, Inc. All of the attendees voted on the best presentation and First Class Care, Inc. won the award. Congratulations go out to Erin and Steve Krex and their first class company.

We have yet to decide on next year’s conference but we are thinking it will either be in San Diego, California or Charleston, South Carolina. It promises to be another great opportunity for agency owners and their staff to learn from our speakers and from one another. Announcements will be coming in the next couple of months about where the conference will be held. If it is anything like this year’s, everyone needs to be there.
