She is passionate about educating nannies, supporting families, and raising the status quo. She is the proud mother of 3 children and has been married for over 14 years. Erika is known for helping both families and nannies find their voice, own their path, and excel in their given industry.

Allison, founder and CEO of Pink Nannies, is esteemed for her expertise and commitment to childcare. Transitioning from nursing to childcare, she brings over a decade of experience as a nanny and newborn care specialist for ultra-high-net-worth families. Through Pink Nannies, Allison aims to redefine the nanny experience, facilitating ideal matches and nurturing strong relationships between families and caregivers. Collaborating with her sister Danielle, co-founder of Pink Newborn Services, they launched Pink Nannies in 2016, expanding the agency’s scope. Beyond her business endeavors, Allison advocates tirelessly for nannies, striving to elevate their professional status and dispel stereotypes. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, skiing, and quality family time, embodying the ethos of leadership and advocacy central to Pink Nannies’ mission.

Susan Asay

In 2008, Susan Asay identified a complex need and created a live-in, developmental childcare model for families with children of all abilities. After a successful career as a high-performing investment executive, Susan founded Apex Social Group with a vision to make the world more inclusive by empowering children to reach their greatest potential by integrating skilled Care Professionals from both Europe and the U.S. into their families’ daily lives. She has expanded Apex Social Group to serve families throughout the United States and Australia. Apex Social Group provides a developmental live-in child care solution. We place live-in Care Professionals with training and experience in occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, education, and more with families with and without special needs all across the United States to provide full-time childcare with a unique cultural exchange component.
