Erika Slade is an industry innovator with over 20 years of combined experience. She is the owner of E-Nanny, a local nanny agency and childcare concierge service based out of Oklahoma. She is passionate about educating nannies, supporting families, and raising the status quo. She is the proud mother of 3 children and has been married for over 14 years. Erika is known for helping both families and nannies find their voice, own their path, and excel in their given industry.
Dulany Reeves Dent is the President + CEO of The Nanny Network. Dulany jumped into the child care industry in 2006 in pursuit of her long-standing commitment to helping increase the number of women in leadership. Prior to buying The Nanny Network, Dulany worked in investment management and private equity. Dulany received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University, and her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a former Division 1 athlete and a dedicated volunteer at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore. Married for 23 years, she is also a proud mom to 3 kids (ages 19, 16, and 11) and 1 black lab mix.
Maria has nearly 30 years of experience in the child care industry, and has been a Nanny Agency Owner for almost 16 years. She recognized the need for Temporary and Drop-in child care services in various settings, including hotels, special events, and private homes early on in her career. Her focus has been on tourist locations such as New Orleans, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Miami, where she has successfully established teams to provide child care services in several hotels. Even with some exclusivity arrangements as the sole child care provider. The key to her success lies in the establishment of a reliable and competent team of child care professionals who consistently ensure the safety, entertainment, and nurturing of the children under their care.
Serial entrepreneur Susan Cornish brings over 30 years of staffing experience to her temporary care business. She knows how to identify, onboard, and motivate the right employees for this type of work. She’s an expert at staffing at high volume levels and enjoys the rush of juggling schedules to meet client demands. Along with her temporary staffing business she owns a scheduling center that staffs for other agencies temporary business.
