There are no refunds on sponsorships and advertising.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY SPONSORSHIP?
Unless indicated, sponsorship does not include conference registration. If you do not wish to register for conference, you may still purchase individual meal tickets to join us for meal functions. Sponsorship does not include membership fee to APNA. Sponsors are responsible for registering and securing their own hotel and transportation to and from conference.
CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR MY STAFF?
Yes. We welcome staff. You can add additional registrants when you register yourself. If you’ve already registered, you can simply go back to your registration (we encourage you to create an account within the registration system, RegFox), and add additional attendees. Discounted rates will be automatically adjusted depending on the number of registrants. Please note that children are not permitted at APNA Conference activities including meals, receptions and workshops.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF APNA TO SPONSOR AND ATTEND CONFERENCE?
No. We welcome everyone to register for our Conference. We do offer member and non-member pricing, with additional discounts for groups of 3 or more from the same agency.
HOW CAN I BOOK A HOTEL ROOM?
Once you register, information to book your hotel room will be provided in your confirmation email. APNA has a limited number of rooms and conference registration does not guarantee you a room at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Should we sell our room block, information on off-site properties will be provided. Please note that registering for the conference does not guarantee you a room at the host hotel.
