APNA Honors was created as a way to recognize our members for service and achievements in our industry. Each year a committee reviews nominations and selects those members that have strive to provide quality service that meets or exceeds APNA standards.
Given to experienced leaders (at least 25 years in the industry) within the APNA community who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in the household staffing industry and made noteworthy contributions over the course of their career; individuals who have advanced the industry through the creation, sharing and execution of ideas that have benefited the clients and caregivers they serve as well as their industry colleagues.
Given to an APNA member that routinely demonstrates excellence across the board by upholding APNA standards and best practices, delivering superior customer service through innovative processes, and community involvement; an agency that serves as a role model for others through its professionalism, commitment to improving the lives of busy households and dedication to the household staffing industry.
Given to an individual staff member who has proven themselves in the areas of leadership, teamwork, and professional development in the household staffing industry; a team member who possesses an extraordinary story of commitment and staffing success, and goes the extra mile in collaborating with others and advancing the mission of the industry as a whole.
Given to an APNA member who has been in business for 7 years or less and demonstrated strong potential as evidenced by its early success, idea-sharing, and execution; an agency whose record reflects increased levels of contribution to, and impact on, the household staffing industry.
