She is passionate about educating nannies, supporting families, and raising the status quo. She is the proud mother of 3 children and has been married for over 14 years. Erika is known for helping both families and nannies find their voice, own their path, and excel in their given industry.
Rebecca Pearcy is the Owner of Windsor House Care and the award-winning nanny placement agency, Windsor House Nannies. She has over 16 years of experience working in the childcare industry and has been active in the nanny community since 2013. She gained her 5-year agency service pin from the International Nanny Association in 2020; acted as Director of Agencies for the US Nanny Association from 2020 to 2022; and is a member of both organizations and the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies. Rebecca has been nominated twice for the Austin Under 40 Awards and once for the Profiles in Power Award. Even though she was born and raised in England, Rebecca has hung her cowboy hat in the state of Texas for the past 11 years. When she’s not connecting families with talented, supportive nannies, Rebecca enjoys exploring parks and new hikes with her partner and Spaniel, Tilly.

Brooke Blazevich, owner and founder of Nanny Harmony, offers 15+ years of experience as a professional nanny and household manager in the Chicagoland area. After completing her master’s degree in Health Promotion at the University of Iowa—all while nannying, personal training, teaching fitness classes, and working in leadership roles—it remained consistently true that helping to raise young children made her feel the most fulfilled.
