Once a year, agency owners and staff from across the globe gather for one weekend to recharge, connect, and energize. APNA’s annual conference provides an opportunity for agencies to immerse themselves in new knowledge, learn new skills and techniques, connect with like-minded business owners, and take away immediate plans they can implement to succeed in the private service industry.
More information will be released in the weeks to come, including a dynamic and diverse speaker line-up of experts from other industries and some familiar faces from within our own membership. We are closely monitoring the status of COVID-19 cases nationwide and will be releasing guidelines as we get closer to October to ensure everyone who wishes to attend will be able to do so safely and confidently.
We cannot wait to be reunited with other agency owners in our community and meet some of the faces we have been introduced to last year through webinars, mastermind groups and our virtual conferences. We look forward to celebrating our victories together in San Diego as we look towards a post-pandemic future and prepare for whatever is next together.
The conference is open to owners and staff members of nanny agencies worldwide – you do not need to be a member of APNA to attend. We look forward to seeing you in San Diego this October.
San Diego, CA.
APNA is elated to be hosting our annual conference October 19th – 22nd at the stunning Rancho Bernardo Inn this year.
With 265 acres to explore, Rancho Bernardo Inn is your place in the sun.
Discover a hidden beauty in North County with an end-of-the-earth feel and exceptional access to local culture: beach towns, buzzy breweries and endless hikes to burn off indulgences. Verandas open to meandering walkways, mornings on sun-dappled balconies or afternoons spent perfecting your golf game on our Championship course. Après everything by our fireplaces—cocktails, an adventurous wine list or family s’mores.
Judi was a pioneer in our industry having started A Friend of the Family in Atlanta over 30 years ago. She was a founding member of APNA, the first co-president, and a long-time board member. Her loss leaves a void for many who knew her and were touched in some way by her generous spirit, gentle soul and faithful friendship.
In her honor, APNA has created the Judith Langer Merlin Scholarship for APNA Education.
APNA Honors was created as a way to recognize our members for service and achievements in our industry. Each year a committee reviews nominations and selects those members that have strive to provide quality service that meets or exceeds APNA standards.
