Drawing on her 16 years of experience, Dulany will break down the costs (and benefits) of the back-up care game and what the business is looking like, post-pandemic. Biography

Dulany Dent is the President + CEO of The Nanny Network. Dulany entered the child care industry in 2006 in pursuit of her long-standing commitment to support women in the workforce and help level the playing field. Prior to buying The Nanny Network, Dulany worked in investment management and private equity. Dulany received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University and her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a loyal volunteer at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore. She is married 20+ years, and a busy mom to 3 kids and 1 black lab mix.
