From Adversaries to Teammates: Conflict Resolution Role Play
Does your heart beat faster when a client email comes in and says “CALL ME. NOW.” in the subject line? Does the thought of words coming at you rapid fire with rage make you want to sell everything and move somewhere tropical? Well, you’re not alone. Handling disgruntled clients and candidates is a top stressor for agency owners. When a conflict happens, it can spin out of control, take up valuable time, and distract you from productive work for hours—maybe even days! Don’t know where or how to do that? You have come to the right spot!
Suzie Zeldin is the Director of Operations and co-owner of Smart Sitting in New York City. After graduating from New York University, Suzie went on to work with clients at some of the top advertising agencies in New York, gaining experience and understanding in marketing, copywriting, client relations, and the positive impact of a strong brand identity. She also worked alongside lawyers in an anti-trust litigation firm which instilled in her an appreciation for details and a patience for sometimes unavoidable tedium. Focused on increasing efficiencies within the confines of a high touch industry, Suzie has spent her time at SmartSitting creating technological solutions that support the SmartSitting staff while balancing the unique and personal needs of families, children, and the wonderful people that spend their time caring for them.
