Laura Frank is the founder and owner of Southern Standard Nannies in Nashville, TN. After working as a professional nanny for many years, Laura saw a need for a local, independent brand to serve families with focused and intentional child care. Thus, Southern Standard Nannies was born with a mission of providing efficient and ethical childcare solutions. Over the past five years, Southern Standard Nannies has concentrated on improving the industry standard of Nashville nannies through education of clients, strict qualification standards of applicants, and advocating for nannies throughout the hiring process. Outside of operating Southern Standard Nannies, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, which is expected to grow by one in November, spending time at the lake, and travelling.
