Mom's Best Friend
Funnels and Digital Marketing

Are you worn out trying to post to every recruiting website listed under your google searches for “Best Recruiting Sites”? Are you investing into avenues that are bringing little to no return on your investment? Are you getting candidates that aren’t qualified? Simply put: are you struggling with your recruiting efforts? If so, this is the session for you! Jim Winblood, owner of Mom’s Best Friend -Dallas/Fort Worth, Vail Sitters, Park Cities at Home, Scout Reference and Founder of other early-stage enterprises, will be sharing his exclusive knowledge on how to spice up your recruiting strategies! Don’t worry— this doesn’t necessarily mean being up to date on the newest technology available (which can be scary sometimes…) or finally launching recruiting efforts on tik tok (even scarier…) Jim will share insights from his 20 years of experience in recruiting and staffing and discuss how you can refresh your strategy with proven “old school” marketing methods in the “new school” digital arena.
