“My Mastermind experiences have been absolutely invaluable as an agency owner. The connections alone are worth it and I’ve gotten so much more out of each month’s meeting.

While I don’t believe that APNA has labeled them as such, I refer to my Mastermind facilitators as my “mentors” because ultimately, that’s what they’re doing for me, even if they don’t know it. They inspire me to reach new goals and dive into deeper understandings of my business. (We’ve talked about KPI’s, SEO’s, gratitude, virtual assistants, refunds, insurance, marketing, processes, and many other topics.) I look forward to every meeting and always walk away feeling inspired and optimistic. (Considering how much doom and gloom has been ever-present lately, that’s really saying something!)

Through the creative ideas that spread through our discussions, the cheers when we have a win, and the solidarity when we have setbacks, I’ve learned that my fellow agency owners are trustworthy, honorable, clever, savvy, resourceful, and talented. It can feel isolating as a business owner working remotely; especially over the last couple of years. However, I now have several supportive and honest agency owners through my Mastermind group that I reach out to with questions, thoughts, or concerns, and they do the same with me.

The APNA Mastermind has contributed to my growth as a business owner and employer more than I had anticipated. I’m grateful I get to be a part of it and I’m eagerly waiting to sign up for my third year.”
