The APNA Honors Awards

While we have all loved watching our fellow APNA members apply and win the coveted Agency of the Year award, we are excited to announce we will be trying something new this year.  Rather than highlighting one amazing APNA agency, we will be honoring a select few APNA agencies that inspire us, lead us, motivate us and help propel our industry forward.  We’d like to introduce you to the APNA Honors Awards.

Each year the APNA Honors Selection Committee—which consists of two active APNA Board members and one APNA agency member who is not currently serving on the board (changes annually)—will review nominations and select 1-3+ agencies per year that serve as an example for others.

2014 APNA Honors Categories 

APNA Lifetime Achievement Award 
Given to a leader within the APNA community who has generously given their time, shared their knowledge and helped paved the way for success.

APNA Excellence Award 
Given to an agency that continually exceeds the APNA standards and excels in the industry.

This award will go to the agency that exemplifies high-quality placements, superior customer service, professional communication, and continuously demonstrates best practices and above average achievement.

APNA Innovation Award  
Given to an individual or agency that tries something new which enhances their business, increases revenues and incites change or advancement within the industry as a whole.  

APNA Service Award
Given to an individual or agency that gives back to their community, to their candidates and clients, or to the in-home industry as a whole.

The nomination process will be simple and easy!  No fancy videos, no time consuming essays… just a short form and the opportunity to share what you do best.  As an APNA member, you can nominate a fellow APNA industry leader or nominate your own agency. More details the application process in the next newsletter.

* Please note: agencies must be present at the 2014 APNA Conference to win. 

Without question, APNA is comprised of some of the best nanny and domestic placement agencies across the country.  We look forward to sharing how amazing our members with APNA Honors!
