Sarah Washburn is the proud owner and founder of The Washburn Agency in Boston, MA. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Endicott College, she has propelled the agency to be widely recognized as one of Boston’s top household staffing firms. With a unique perspective on the placement process gained through her experience as a Nanny and Personal Assistant as well as having employed Nannies for her own children, Sarah has played a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s success. Residing North of Boston, Sarah loves to spend her free time exploring the world with her husband and two sons, ages 11 and 8. When not traveling, Sarah can be found contributing to the community, whether it’s hosting International Nanny Training Day or serving as the president of her youngest son’s PTO.
