Sianan discusses learnings from the book – “Recruit the Savage way” by Greg Savage. Discussing how to implement long term strategies as a recruiter to help you best recruit, retain, and place staff in roles in 2024. Developing set skills and a growth mindset for recruiting in the Nanny world specifically, Sianan will discuss themes like assuring confidence in your sales pitches, how to motivate candidates to be engaged with your processes as their personal recruiter, assessing client “value”, and job triaging.

Biography

Sianan Tierney is one of the GM’s and co-owners of Placement Solutions in Australia, a labour-hire and specialised Nanny agency, which has been running for over 36 years. With a background in law, and experience working in domestic staffing recruitment & staff management for over 15 years, Sianan enjoys running her Agency and providing her team with the skills for success when it comes to candidate recruitment, employee retention, and client services.
