Sitter Engagement | The Secret to Success in Your Temporary Division

Veteran agencies know that there’s nothing that will kill your back-up-care and temporary business faster than lack of talent and caregiver turnover. So how do you prevent it? How do you effectively recruit and engage a remote caregiver workforce? Through his years of working in the back-up-care market, Peter Coffin, former Senior Learning and Development Manager for College Nannies and Sitters, and now multi-territory franchise owner, found that today’s temporary workforce wants to connect, grow, and be engaged on a daily basis. In this valuable session he will share with you some of the tools that businesses across the country have found successful in driving engagement, boosting retention and positively impacting revenue and profit. Using tools like Slack, Facebook, text messaging and more Peter will reveal his most effective referral campaigns, awards programs, and caregiver incentives that have dramatically impacted his business. If your agency currently offers temporary or back-up-care, or plans to in the near future, this is a session you do not want to miss!
