Fireside Chat: Growing – Thinking Outside the Box

When you purchased a ticket to come to our annual APNA conference, you put action to your desire for growth (or maybe you wanted to hang out with a bunch of awesome entrepreneurs like you). Either way, we all have one common goal—to expand our horizons and rise to our full potential! As agencies, we are continually looking for new paths to expand our businesses— but in our relatively small industry, those paths can feel limited to service offerings or new types of searches. In this laid-back conversation, Shenandoah Davis of Adventure Nannies and Lauren Rosin of Rosin Team Realty will discuss Lauren’s stratospheric rise to the top of her industry, the parallelisms between real estate and nanny agencies, and explore the many parallel businesses Lauren has built to serve her primary business and how nanny agency owners can think outside of the box when planning for their own growth and succession plans. This conversation will open up your mind to new ways to create revenue—a priceless session!
