Biography

Susan Cornish is a visionary with a passion to grow businesses. She blends astute sales skills with 30+ years of management in complex field organizations. She believes that the strength of any organization is people – it’s human capital. Leading by example and understanding the keys to motivating people, Susan builds teams that take ownership of their roles and collective success. Her experience crosses both B2B and B2C corporate and entrepreneurial organizations. These companies have ranged from start-up to $1B in annual revenues.

In 2009, she brought this passion to the fledgling franchise system, College Nannies, Sitters+Tutors. Her first unit in Columbus grew rapidly despite the economy, earning the franchise Rookie of the Year. With multiple units in North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia, she focuses on taking CNST to a $100M brand by increasing sales, driving operational efficiencies and developing personnel. In 2016, this journey lead her to start a second technology based company specializing in on-call staffing for childcare and home health care organizations. Susan designed and developed the AI to support the operations. Prior to 2009, Susan spent ten years with Lifetouch National School Studios, the nation’s largest photography company. Along with her focus on B2B sales, she partnered with the photography development team to innovate photography and photography sharing.
