What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned as an agency owner?
Use discretion and intuition when representing a candidate or taking on a new client.
What is your favorite APNA memory?
Attending the conferences and meeting so many wonderful agency owners from across the country.
What is your dream job if you weren’t owning a nanny agency?
This is my dream job and I can’t think of anything else more rewarding.
Fun fact about yourself
Single Mom of now 3 grown successful children, started my agency in 1988 while trying to find a nanny for myself.
Favorite Place I ever traveled to?
Morocco
What are you most proud of in your agency?
I am most proud of the relationships that I have established over the many years. I have been making placements for over 30 years and it is so rewarding to maintain all of these wonderful connections with both Employers and Employees. Repeat business and word of mouth referrals makes me the most proud.
