What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned as a business owner or a tip you’d share with a new agency owner?
Time is often your friend in dealing with hard things or even good things like growth. It’s OK to take a step back, take a break when needed, regroup, and then hit that challenge in a day or two.
What is your favorite APNA memory?
Hanging out with my friends from across the US at the pool! One of my favorite speaker groups was the one in Destin, Florida.
What is your dream job if you weren’t owning a nanny agency / business?
Being a sales rep for some of my favorite brands OR being a movie or travel critic.

I am half Peruvian.
Favorite Place I ever traveled to?
Vienna, Austria
What are you most proud of in your business?
We continue to grow as a team. Our staff just gets better and better and we have done a great job of hiring better internal staff that are excited about our vision and mission. They are actively working WITH us towards our goal of delivering the most reliable care in the world.
