Carrie Hillen is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of client and customer service experience. For ten years, she and her husband owned and operated Town + Country Resources in California, a venture they successfully led from 2008 until its sale to Care.com in 2018. Carrie continued to guide the company as a consultant for four years post-sale. Her expertise spans hiring and managing staff, developing new service lines, and resolving complex customer service issues. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA and a Master of Business Administration from the Walter Haas School of Business. Currently, she enjoys applying her recruiting skills part-time at a mission-driven consulting firm focused on energy efficiency and decarbonization. Residing in Reno, Nevada, Carrie spends her free time at Lake Tahoe, skiing, hiking, traveling, volunteering at the art museum, and engaging in local and state civic activities.
