Efficient Matching: Using Processes and Systems to Simplify Agency Management
This presentation will focus on the basics of the “critical path method” of agency management. From process mapping to understanding how to better manage and distribute information gathered from clients to building in a better client experience, Ms. Rudd will cover the processes needed to help placement agencies run smoothly. Through real-time mapping and an explanation of tools that streamline management, she shares some easy to digest, easy to implement practices that will have an immediate impact on the agency owners and their staff.

Jen Rudd, PMP is a Systems Integration Consultant with extensive knowledge of software and process integration for agency management. She not only helps agency owners manage data and processing, but also the “people management” required to scale. Throughout her eight years in business, she has found that the most important foundation of any business is strict processes and procedures and a network of systems that help leverage the talent of the people in the organization.
In short, she likes to help agency owners run more efficient businesses by letting software do the repeatable processes and let the people add the value that brings loyal clients.
Jen graduated in 2003 with a BA in Business Administration from Whittier College, and has been a Certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute since 2010. She is currently attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for her Masters of Business Administration, with a focus in Data Analytics and Entrepreneurship + Strategic Innovation. She lives in the Metro-West area of Boston with her husband, three kids, beagle and tuxedo cat.
