NCS Placements: Doing It Well

The secret is out, and many agencies have already discovered that newborn care specialist and doula placements have become wildly popular in the last few years and can reap great rewards for business.  However, many agency owners are unsure of how to run their NCS and doula searches as effectively as their long-term placements or accidentally use language or terminology that gives them away as not being true ‘experts’ in the field. This panel will feature perspectives from both agency owners who have successfully grown their NCS placements and a CACHE-certified NCS to review the scope of practice, training requirements and services they can provide an agency, and how to attract and retain five-star candidates for placing over and over again.
