Peggy is a wife of 16 years and a mother of three biological children and has parented additional foster children in recent years. Because, are three kids really enough? She has Marketing and Logistics degrees from The Ohio State University where she was also a member of the varsity women’s rowing team. After working for a large international retailer (and sitting too long in a cube farm) she founded BabysitEase, a babysitting and nanny agency in Cincinnati, caring for thousands of families in the region. In 2017 she successfully exited that business. Did you know only 15% of businesses ever sell? Crazy, right? She then founded Pair Up Systems, a software for managing babysitting and nanny agency owners. It serves agencies from San Diego to Montreal and everywhere in between. She chairs the development committee of the Women’s Fund of Greater Cincinnati where she has been a member of the Leadership Council for several years in hopes of seeing an end to generational poverty and inequity in Cincinnati and beyond. As a self professed adventure junkie, Peggy satisfies that soul craving with domestic & international travel, National Parks, eating her way through new cities & cultures, and going too frequently to Orangetheory.
