For many nanny agencies, household staffing begins with the occasional request for a household manager, personal assistant, estate manager, or executive housekeeper. But transforming those one-off placements into a thriving, profitable service line requires far more than saying “yes.”
Join Olivia Fountain (Household Staffing), Emily Miller (Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency), Jenni Vaughn (DM Estate Staffing), and Katie Trevino (The Help Company) for a candid discussion on what it truly takes to build a successful household staffing division. Drawing from their own experiences, these industry leaders will share the strategies, systems, and mindset shifts that helped them move from occasional placements to established, revenue-generating businesses.
This panel will offer an honest look at the realities of expanding beyond nanny placements, including how to identify opportunities in your market, attract and vet a different caliber of candidates, educate clients on higher-level household roles, and navigate the increased complexity that comes with executive and estate staffing.
Whether you’re considering your first household staffing placement or looking to grow an existing division, this conversation will provide practical insights, lessons learned, and actionable strategies from agency owners who have successfully built this service line from the ground up.
Household staffing isn’t simply an additional service, it’s a strategic evolution. Join this panel to learn what it takes to make that transition with confidence, credibility, and lasting success.
